This website has a soothing set of colors, on top of it's easy to read font and understandable links. The links to the right of the page are especially informative and clear including all topics from “Introduction to Anxiety Disorders” to the more-specific “Anxiety Disorders Treatment – Panic Disorder.” Going deeper into the page I am able to get to the “Weblog Entries” which are always informative (as they are written by doctors on this site). I am also able to read the current news on anxiety disorders and have actually bookmarked this site for my own use later. Mental Help Net offers podcasts (so if you’re not able to spend a lot of time on the website, you can download the information to your iPod and hear about it that way!) as well as a huge list of resources for finding a therapist, self-help groups, online forums and other medical information. Overall, I would recommend using this site for any anxiety disorder research you have in mind!
