This news article is incredibly informative and educational ... and it's easy to read! I was impressed by the article, as I was certain I wouldn't learn anything past "exercise helps anxiety & depression" but I realized a few new facts, and feel great after reading it. This article hopefully will inspire others to begin an exercise regiment to help their anxiety and depression!
