Most of the discussion on this page centers on drug treatment for PTSD with an emphasis on Zoloft. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and while drugs may be a good treatment for some it is not the only treatment for this disorder (and unfortunately alternatives are not talked about in this article). I personally did not pursue drug treatment and I'm doing very well.
